These sessions are for players who are comfortable at rallying from the back of the court in singles and doubles. Players in this session would be confident to attend organised Club sessions at tennis clubs.

Players in this class can direct the ball cross court or with depth at medium pace and may also be able to generate some pace and or spin.

Players will be starting to feel more confident when needing to volley. Their 1st and 2nd serves will be generally consistent and players may be able to place their serves too.

Sessions will have an increasingly tactical theme with drills that will improve your game while getting some exercise and having fun!

Please note a minimum of 4 players are needed to run these sessions.

To improve, regularity and continuity are crucial and therefore sessions run in blocks several weeks long.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFO

Since this booking program was designed with children in mind there is some confusing terminology and instructions. When looking for a new online system to use we found that not every system was perfect. This one meets all of our needs and it can still be used for adults but we do need you to follow the steps below to secure your booking.

When signing up for an adult class you will first have to register an account.

Once you do it will ask you to add a child. This “child” can be yourself.

You will have to list two Emergency Contacts, one of which could be yourself.

Now that you are registered you can proceed with booking the class of your choice.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of adverse weather or facility issues, we will cancel sessions no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time and notify all players via email.

We will do our best to offer a make-up session in these circumstances although this is not guaranteed.

Make-Up Lesson Policy:

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way. If you can’t make a session, we’ll do our very best to offer a make-up class, subject to availability. Please note that make-up sessions are not guaranteed.

📧 Please request make-up sessions by emailing info@love-tennis.co.uk at least a few days in advance.

✅ A maximum of 2 make-up sessions per term may be requested. These are subject to availability and depend on whether there is another suitable class with space available.

🔄 Players may not swap their regular class for another class as a replacement. Attending a different class instead of their usual session will be treated as a make-up session and will count towards the maximum of 2 make-up sessions per term.

🔁 Make-up sessions cannot be carried over into future terms.

🚫 No refunds will be issued for missed lessons or unattended make-up sessions.
