This is specifically for players aged 10 to 13 during this current term unless otherwise instructed by the LOVEtennis Team.

Players in these squads have generally been playing regularly 4 or more years. Players in these squads are confident tennis players that can hold a rally baseline to baseline with confidence when the incoming ball has moderate speed, spin and direction.

*****Please note that this squad is unfortunately not for players that are beginning their tennis journey or players that can not rally consistently from the baseline yet. Should a player not be of a suitable standard, we reserve the right to offer an alternative squad or refund ****


MAKE-UP LESSON POLICY:

Should you not be able to make a lesson we will try our very best to offer make-up lessons.

Make-up classes are subject to availability. We will try to offer a make-up sessions although this is not guaranteed.

Make-up classes must be requested via email to info@love-tennis.co.uk at least a few days in advance, so that we can check if this would be possible.

Should regular or replacement session not be attended for whatever reason, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of adverse weather/facility issues, we will cancel the session no later than 15 minutes before the lesson and players will be notified via email.

In these circumstances we will offer make up lessons.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Players should assess court conditions for themselves before playing and should not play if they feel there is a danger of slipping due to weather conditions or any other perceived hazard.

Please kindly make sure that you are booking into the correct class as it may not be possible to offer credits, refunds or changes after your booking has been made.

It your responsibility to check that you have been enrolled for the correct course, and that you are aware of the correct timings of this class.

Non-attendance of a session or course will not be given a refund or credit on courses.
